Hey all! Hope everyone's summer has been great so far. We've been drowning in rain for weeks here in Northern Alberta.
I'm back with a special treat for you all. Polish Pickup is coming again and this month's theme is 'Carnival'. Amy of Top Shelf Lacquer decided to bring us all a rich, deep, glowing red with both linear and scattered holo and bronze and gold flakes based on the carnival favourite - candy apples.
Under my artificial lights, you can really see both the linear and scattered holo coming out to play. This is a perfect red for the upcoming fall season.
Outside in natural light, the gold and bronze flakes really came out to play and added a certain umph to the polish.
Top Shelf Lacquer's formula is buttery smooth for me and it wears like iron on my nails. Candied Apples is exactly what I have come to expect.
